Dr Ganda is a staff specialist in Endocrinology at Concord Hospital as well as Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney. He completed his PhD in 2014, which focussed upon improving the management of patients with minimal trauma fractures. His work has focused on demonstrating the effectiveness of secondary fracture prevention programs, which has led to publications in internationally reputed journals and is actively engaged in clinical research.

Dr Ganda was the recipient of the Professor Philip Sambrook for the Outstanding Early Career Investigator award in 2014. I also continue to maintain the Concord Hospital Secondary Fracture Prevention program database, which will form the basis of a PhD project he is Co-Supervising. He is currently the clinical lead of the Australian component of the ANZ Fragility Fracture Registry, with a view to improving the quality of care for patients who suffer from fragility fractures.
